HBSCA welcomes individuals and organizations with an interest in pursuing the objectives of the association. Membership is open to anyone, irrespective of nationality, race, religion or political perspective.

An annual membership can be obtained for individuals and organizations free of charge. However, as a non-profit, volunteer based organization we encourage our members to consider making a donation to HBSCA based on the degree of your interest in our activities and your individual financial capability.   Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by the IRS.  Also remember to ask your employer if your donation qualifies for the corporate matching program.
